We care about the seasonality of the products, we prefer local products, just as we take care of the composition of the dish and we go in search of the right balance for each preparation, always keeping the liberty to dare. We want to ensure that our clients taste the products that surround them in this magnificent and prolific region, such as Chianina meat, fresh fish from Grosseto, wine from Montalcino and Montepulciano, and self-produced olive oil.
The dishes will have a mix of Sienese and Mediterranean flavors, with a touch of Latin originality, with which the Chef enriches her dishes.
