Overwhelmed by enthusiasm and passion, we managed to turn the dream into reality and now we are ready to share this story with our guests.

Rosina is a writer, gastronomic journalist and Chef. Carrying her Mexico in her heart, she loves to travel the world in search of experiences to share, and ways to perfect her culinary vision.
She has worked with some of the greatest international Chefs, and is able to satisfy even the most demanding palates.
